Q: I paid and didn't receive my email with instructions.

A: Occasionally, Wodify has some server outages. We are in constant touch with them for a permanent fix but until then if you are affected by this please just send us an email and we will take care of you. Please refrain from making multiple orders as this does not fix the problem. In many cases we will fix the problem and email you before you get to us. Rest assured, we can see if you paid and weren't added or sent the wodify sign up email.



Q: I would like to cancel my membership.
